we are trying to develop our long form content, so... here we go!

A lot has happened since we closed the Stovetop Braun Court shop, so feel free to catch up over on our instagram. @espycoffee

Theres a lot…so ill just give you the quick status update!

espy is a company, founded by me Sam Schaefer, and my best friend Peter Littlejohn.

we were working on a few projects in Ann Arbor during 2018-2019 and for better or worse, we now are roasting and selling coffee online. Thanks to our friends at Anthology Coffee, who have offered their roasting facility to us for production.

ANYWAYS! Feel free to say hello if its been a while. If you know the story, and have ordered espy coffee, THANK YOU. its been so nice keeping up with you.

So here we are, I hope to dig in a little deeper on here, we have been going a little long form on instagram, and I think this will be better suited for that sort of writing, and documentation.
